1. B2B Professional Services

Artificially operates exclusively as a B2B (Business-to-Business) infrastructure provider. By engaging our services, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a registered business entity. Our solutions are designed specifically for marketing and creative agencies.

2. Infrastructure Partner Retainer

We do not sell software licenses. Artificially acts as your "Infrastructure Partner" on a monthly retainer basis. This retainer covers the continuous maintenance, uptime monitoring, and API version adaptation of your RevOps backend, ensuring data continuity across Stripe, Toggl, and Meta Ads.

3. Service Level & Modifications

Because third-party APIs frequently deprecate endpoints, our retainer includes routine schema updates. However, we are not liable for catastrophic data loss resulting from unilateral service termination by third-party platforms. We guarantee 99.9% uptime for the middleware hosted on our managed servers.

4. Cancellation Policy

Retainer agreements may be canceled with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, all API webhooks will be severed, and your isolated data vault will be exported and provided to you before permanent deletion from our servers.
