1. Data Collection & Processing

At Artificially, we build Autonomous RevOps infrastructure. To provide this service, we process operational and financial data through secure, read-only API connections to 3rd party platforms, specifically including Stripe, Toggl, and Meta Ads.

2. Purpose of Data Usage

The data extracted from these platforms is used strictly and exclusively for RevOps purposes. This includes the aggregation of revenue and time-tracking data for real-time margin calculation, and the analysis of client engagement metrics for predictive churn modeling.

3. Security & Encryption

Security is foundational to our infrastructure. All data processed through our pipelines is encrypted both in transit (using TLS 1.3) and at rest (using AES-256). We do not store raw PII (Personally Identifiable Information) unless strictly required for margin attribution, and data is compartmentalized per agency client in isolated secure vaults.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or lease your data. The metrics generated by our infrastructure are exclusively yours. AI models utilized for sentiment analysis and churn prediction do not train on your proprietary data unless an explicit enterprise agreement is signed for isolated model fine-tuning.
